Self care is very important between massage and chiropractic sessions.  Our massage therapist Rebecca DeCoster demonstrates how you can use a hard ball like a lacrosse ball to get into those spots on your back that may nag you have after a long day.  

However, for many of us the release if its via a massage with a lacrosse ball or a stretch of the back is just the first step for helping back pain.  It is equally as important after the release to reactivate the muscles of our abdominal region so our low back feels stable and can do its job to support us as go through our activities of daily living.
